Wedding Photography Request

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALTHOUGH RESERVATIONS ARE AVAILABLE TO BE REQUESTED TODAY, THEY WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL MONDAY NOVEMBER THE 24TH. ALL BOOKINGS WILL BE CONFIRMED ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS.

Thank you for considering Glendon College as your wedding photography location.

Reservations for a photography permit at Glendon College are done in two-hour time slots. We book a maximum of two wedding parties at a time. You can request your preferred time to begin on any 15-minute increment.

Please allow 2 business days to hear back from us. We will provide you with more information about the availability of the date and time slot you chose. Once availability is confirmed, you will be sent a credit card form which can be filled out and sent back via email, or you can call in your credit card payment.

Permits are issued on Weekends and holidays only. NO WEEKDAY PERMITS WILL BE ISSUED.

Our permit is for outdoor photography only. No indoor photography or access is allowed, and no refunds will be made in case of rain or other inclement weather.

The cost for the permit is $300.00. York Alumni have a discounted rate of $200.00. These prices include HST. Please note that we only accept Visa, Mastercard, or Amex. Debit or Visa Debit cards are not accepted.

Please note that although every effort is made to guarantee all permits, should the University need to perform unscheduled maintenance projects, permits may need to be cancelled (with refund) or relocated.

Parking is not included in your permit price, You can pay the parking fee at the pay and display machine, or by downloading the "Honk Mobile" app and paying through there.

The applicant is responsible for the conduct and supervision of all persons in their party. The
applicant is responsible for any and all damages caused by members of their party to any
plant material, building, structure, equipment or other property of York University.
